Diorio-Poeggel
Tasha Marie Poeggel and Mario Richard Diorio were married March 15 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Yakima. A reception followed at the Fruitvale Grange.
The bride is the daughter of Marwin and Maxine Poeggel of Wapato. The bridegroom is the son of Mike and Natasha Diorio of Pasco.
Traci Frank was matron of honor and David Davis was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Tanya Poeggel, Azure Buckenburger, Mia Diorio, Talia Diorio, Kodi Frank, Quinn Bragg, Kylie Murphy, Nick Pryor, Dan Ness and Wyatt Frank.
The bride graduated from Wapato High School. She is a legal assistant at Kuffel, Hultgrenn, Klashke and Shea LLP of Pasco. The bridegroom graduated from Pasco High School and is employed by Red-D Backhoe Service in Pasco.
Following a trip to Hawaii, the couple is at home in Pasco.
Pitman-Probasco
Laura Probasco and Benjamin Pitman were married June 28 at Cascade Garden. A reception followed.
The bride is the daughter of Gene and Cheryl Probasco of Yakima. The bridegroom is the son of Kemet and Sue Pitman.
Kristen Odegaard was matron of honor and Michael Pitman was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Johnna Wade, Amy Buns, Jasmine Coiley, Shelly Layman, Chris Pechtel, Fraser Schmidt, Josh "Tank" Olsted and Gordon Guthrie.
Following a trip to New York, the couple is at home in Yakima.
Ball-Barnhart
Kelly Rachelle Barnhart and Anthony Michael Ball were married June 21 at the Bradley House. A reception followed.
The bride is the daughter of Ray and Judy Barnhart of Yakima. The bridegroom is the son of Lois Ball of Washington, D.C., and the late Horace Ball.
Misty Jacobs was matron of honor and Greg Cole was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Kelly Baker, Steven Simmons, Shonna Stroud, Joe Hare, Jennifer Radford, Johnny Freeman, Mya Ball and Kaleb Jacobs.
The bride graduated from West Valley High School and earned a degree in radiologic technology from Yakima Valley Community College. She is a radiologic/CT technologist at Yakima Valley Regional and Medical Center. The bridegroom graduated from McKinley Technical High School in Washington, D.C., attended Georgetown University and graduated from Washington Hospital Center School of Radiology. He is a cardiovascular technologist at Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center.
Following a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, the couple is at home in Yakima.
Van Wingerden-Dasso
Danessa Dasso and Michael Van Wingerden were married June 20 at Stone Church. A reception followed at the Clarion Hotel.
The bride is the daughter of Lyn and Paula Dasso of Zillah. The bridegroom is the son of John and Janey Van Wingerden of Sunnyside.
Laura Bainter was maid of honor. Justin Irion and Matt Van Wingerden were best men. Other members of the wedding party included Jennifer Holden, Rachel Van Wingerden, Heather Van Wingerden, Kristen Van Wingerden, Scott Kramer, David Stokes and Blake Dasso.
The bride graduated from Zillah High School and earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from Heritage University. She owns and operates Buds & Blossoms in Zillah. The bridegroom graduated from Sunnyside Christian High School and earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Whitworth College. He is employed with Van Wingerden Greenhouses in Sunnyside.
Following a trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the couple is at home in Sunnyside.
Osborne-Burkhart
Melinda Marie Burkhart and Micheal Brian Osborne were married July 26 at the couple's home in Wapato. A reception followed.
The bride is the daughter of Tom and Bobby Reynolds. The bridegroom is the son of Jerry and Bobi Osborne.
Gloria Alcala was maid of honor, Kendra Alcala was matron of honor and Bub Wilson was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Tiffeny Traub, Mike Trudeau, Bob Henle, Earl Henle and Clyde Alcala.
The bride graduated from Yelm High School. She is a bartender/bouncer. The bridegroom graduated from Wapato High School. He is a cook.
Following a trip to Leavenworth, Wash., the couple is at home in Wapato.
